Nikos is an engineer with 25 years of experience, half of them spent coaching individuals, teams, and organizations through real Agile transformation. Currently Technical Program Manager at Yara International, supporting the mission to responsibly feed the world through digital production enablement.

An ICAgile and Accredited Kanban Trainer, he trains and coaches practitioners through Pathways — not only from theory, but from the field. He still does the work, faces the same challenges, and builds the tools he wishes he had. Driven by a constant curiosity to learn, grow, and master his craft.

Co-founder of Agile Greece, a 4,000-member community of practitioners, and co-organizer of the Agile Greece Summit and BetterWays conferences.
