What we collect

Account data: Email, name, password (encrypted)

Coaching data: Your messages, competency assessments, action items (stored securely and only visible to you in the application)

Usage data: Token counts, timestamps, feature usage

Payment data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We don't store card numbers.

How we use it

Third-party services

Security

• • Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text
• • Row-level security ensures you only see your own data

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime from your account settings or by contacting us.

EU/California residents: You have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA. Contact us at info@yourpaths.eu to exercise them.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
